Email support@deathdouladirectory.com and a person on our team will reply, usually within one business day. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your hospice nurse line.

Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then send a new code.

To change your listing, open Account in the app or on the website. New listings are reviewed by our team before they appear.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on Android, use Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play Store app. Subscriptions bought on the website can be managed from Account on the website.

Sign in to the Death Doula Directory app or website, open Account and scroll to Delete your account. Or email support@deathdouladirectory.com from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in, doula profile, business listings, uploaded documents and photos, and the messages sent to you. Records of payments and subscriptions are kept by our payment providers (Stripe, Apple and Google) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
